In cases of long roots, the filling procedure can often be difficult especially for the cone fit step, in which gutta-percha cones can be shorter than the working length.
In the case of this upper canine, after shaping and cleaning, ExtEndo was used to grab the gutta-percha fine-medium cone, extend its length, and verify the cone fit before the warm vertical compaction technique.
