Conclusions
The retreatment of molarized premolars presents unique challenges due to their complex anatomy, unusual root canal morphology, and difficulty in accessing certain root canals. Effective management requires a comprehensive understanding of dental anatomy, advanced imaging techniques, and the utilization of modern tools such as magnification and rotary instruments.
Success largely depends on careful debridement, disinfection, and sealing of the root canal system while preserving the structural integrity of the tooth.
