The presence of narrow canals poses a significant clinical challenge. This case highlights the root canal therapy of a mandibular molar with particularly narrow canals

Pre op X-RAY
This clinical video showcases the shaping of a narrow and curved root canal system using the HARMONY file sequence by Fanta Dental. The procedure highlights the use of Harmony 17/.04, 22/.04, and 30/.04 files, emphasizing their flexibility and cutting efficiency.
The AF-L wire technology and variable cross-section design of these files facilitate safe and effective navigation through challenging canal anatomies, minimizing the risk of ledging or instrument separation.

Conclusions
This case reinforces how the successful treatment of narrow root canals relies not only on clinical skill but also on the proper selection of instruments. The HARMONY file system by Fanta Dental proved to be a reliable ally, offering the flexibility, safety, and cutting efficiency needed to navigate and shape complex canal anatomies with confidence and precision.
