Pre - Op Radiograph , Fractured tooth with fiber post taking almost 2/3 of the tooth with a little GP under and also the presence of Apical Periodontitis.

The treatment of Choice was carried out through the surgery with Submarginal Incision instead of removing the Resto , Post & GP

Conclusions

The Clinician must be able to choose the best treatment option for the pt the ttt must be conservative , efficient & cost effective.
