Calcified canals are always a challenge for the clinician because they can be difficult to find and even more difficult to negotiate and shape.
A new sequence of files has been introduced in the market with the goal of simplifying the treatment of narrow, calcified and curved canals. This sequence is called Harmony, by FANTA dental.
The video shows the treatment of a calcified premolar with Harmony 17/.04, 22/.04 and 30/.04
Conclusions
The AF-L wire, the variable cross section and the minimal invasive design of Harmony files make them suitable for the treatment of calcified canals
