Anatomy is one of the biggest challenges in the root canal treatment. During the step of shaping lots of errors may happen like zipping, ledges, transportation, straightening the anatomy and file separation.

Fig. 1
Patient came with symptomatic apical periodontitis on her lower right. Sinus tract was found on buccal tooth 47. Xray was taken and 47 showed sign of lesion.
From xray we also can see that this 47 has a cshaped configuration with type 2 vertucci classification.

Fig. 2
Endodontic treatment was performed scheduled, isolation was made following access cavity.

In this case, i decided to use Rising from Fanta dental.

Fig. 4
Started with RR to enlarge coronal part then followed by R1 to create glide path and final shape with R2 (25.04)
Irrigation using 6% NaOCl, activated by sonic and ultrasonic.

And obturation using bioceramic sealer with cold compaction.

Fig. 6
After finishing endodontic treatment we still can see that the curvature still maintain due to properties of the instruments

Conclusions
There are many ways and techniques in shaping the root canal treatment but knowing the anatomy and the biomechanics of your files can make a treatment plan that leads to a feasible, teachable and repeatable result. The ideal properties of an irrigant solution should be: lubrification, suspension of debris, ability to dissolve organic and inorganic tissues, antibacterical and antimicrobial effect, ability to remove bacterial biofilm and to avoid alteration of dentinal structure
