A referral case for maxillary first molar.

Patient came with chief complain of tooth tender to pressure. Pre op xray were taken and immediately we noted a lesion on the mesial root and this mesial root has not been treated yet.

After carefull reaccess, the evidence of mb2 was immediately found. In this case I decided to use Rone mini from FANTA dental. Its reciprocating movement along with its concept of minimalizing dentin removal will be a beneficial for this case. The sequence only take 2 instruments.
All 4 canals in this case were shaped until size of 25/.06, irrigated carefully using NaOCl with activation of both sonic and ultrasonic.

Conclusions
R One Mini is an effective and conservative system for the management of retreatments and initial treatments
