A challenging referral a previously initiated therapy complicated by a separated file in the mesial root and a multiplanar curvature.
Retrieval was successfully achieved using a wire loop grasping device.
Shaping then followed in the mesial canals with the Rising system, in a short, conservative, and safety driven sequence.
R1 (13/.03) and R2 (25/.04) from Rising system #fanta_dental were used for shaping.
Obturation was completed using gutta percha and bioceramic sealer in modified heat technique, followed by immediate coronal restoration.
