One of the most important factors that creates a good clinician is for sure the clinical SKILL , KNOWLEDGE and also THE DECISION Making to Decide the most conservative & cost effective treatment for the Patient.
In this case we will go through a treatment through a surgical way.

Pre - Op Radiograph , Fractured tooth with fiber post taking almost 2/3 of the tooth with a little GP under and also the presence of Apical Periodontitis.
The treatment of Choice was carried out through the surgery with Submarginal Incision instead of removing the Resto , Post & GP
Just a Small Surgery and you can see the healing at the end of the video.

Immediately Post Op with BIOCERAMIC Retro Filling
2 new crowns was Placed with beautiful Soft Tissue Healing.

3 m Follow Up with bone being back in place after healing.
Conclusions
The Clinician must be able to choose the best treatment option for the pt the ttt must be conservative , efficient & cost effective.
