The root canal treatment of a lower molar with narrow canals is a complex and delicate dental procedure aimed at removing infected or damaged pulp tissue while preserving the tooth's structure. Lower molars, with their intricate root anatomy and narrow canals, require precision and advanced techniques to ensure thorough cleaning, disinfection, and sealing of the canal system.
A system of thin endodontic rotary instruments with reduced taper is essential in these cases.

Conclusions
In conclusion, the use of a rotary file system with reduced taper proved to be highly effective in managing narrow and complex root canals. Its ability to retain debris within the flutes facilitated better cleaning while maintaining excellent visual gauging throughout the procedure. This approach ensured a thorough and precise treatment, preserving the structural integrity of the tooth and achieving optimal clinical outcomes.
